nowadays, in many occasions
our stress is self imposed
these high pressure situations
have our vulnerabilities exposed

because of stress in our system
triggers become dangerous
trying to deal with them
the forecast becomes ominous

these triggers don't tell anything
least of all what to do
they do not concern your living
they are not related to you

it is our inert interpretation
that causes us to stress
leading to fear, trepidation
making us hyper, nothing less

and simply feel okay
is to deny them piece of mind
